Schedule:

Full-Time, In-Office | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable HR Generalist to support our CFO and help drive key Human Resources initiatives in a dynamic property management environment. This role is ideal for an HR professional looking to grow their career while gaining hands-on experience across recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, and payroll support. Key Responsibilities Support recruiting efforts, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and personnel record maintenance.
  • Administer employee benefits, open enrollment, and HR-related communications.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and OSHA regulations.
  • Assist with payroll processing and HR inquiries.
  • Support employee relations matters, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Conduct exit interviews and maintain company HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support across departments as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources experience.
  • Experience with payroll systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and records management.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
