Diamond Bar, CA91765 About Us Del Sol Health Group is a growing healthcare organization serving older adults through our Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) and adult day health programs. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, bilingual HR Generalist to support human resources operations for our PACE program. About the Role In this role, you will support the full range of day-to-day HR functions in a highly regulated healthcare environment: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, personnel records, credential tracking, training, and workers' compensation. You will work closely with management and department leaders to support a growing workforce. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, comfortable handling sensitive employee matters, and knowledgeable about California employment practices. Key Responsibilities Manage recruitment from start to finish: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files and HR records Track employee licenses, certifications, CPR/First Aid, health clearances, required training, and other credentials Coordinate new hire orientation, required training, in-service education, and training records Support employee relations, including employee concerns, workplace conflicts, performance issues, and disciplinary documentation Assist with workplace investigations and employee separations/offboarding Monitor attendance, timekeeping, leave documentation, and payroll-related records in coordination with Finance and management Support compliance with California employment laws, PACE requirements, company policies, and healthcare regulations Assist with personnel audits, compliance reviews, and quality improvement activities Support workers' compensation claims and related documentation Partner with managers and supervisors on staffing and workforce needs Perform other HR-related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Bilingual in English and Chinese ([Mandarin and/or Cantonese]; [reading and writing Chinese a plus]) Working knowledge of California employment laws and HR compliance requirements Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, personnel documentation, and disciplinary processes Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive employee matters Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing organization Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR/office systems Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field 2+ years of HR experience, ideally in healthcare, senior care, PACE, ADHC/CBAS, or another regulated setting Experience with employee credential and compliance tracking PACE experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided Benefits Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Training and professional development Career growth opportunities Retirement Plan PTO and holiday benefits are available after 90 days of employment.
