Job Description

Job Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist supports the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by administering a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, leave management, payroll support, performance management, and HR compliance. This position serves as a resource to employees and management by interpreting and applying company policies and employment laws while promoting a positive, productive, and compliant workplace. The Human Resources Generalist maintains accurate employee records, supports organizational initiatives, and assists in developing and implementing HR programs and best practices that align with the organization's mission and goals.

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required.

• At least five (5) years of progressive human resource management experience required. Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
