What You'll Actually Do Lead recruiting efforts and help us hire great people Manage onboarding and create an exceptional new hire experience Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion Administer benefits, leaves, and HR programs Ensure compliance with California and federal employment laws Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation Support employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives Partner with leadership to improve HR processes and drive growth Manage and implement training protocols Recruiting, onboarding, and off boarding What We Need From You 2+ years of Human Resources experience Strong knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices Experience with recruiting, onboarding, off boarding and employee relations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple priorities without dropping the ball Comfortable handling confidential information You take initiative and don't wait to be told what needs to happen. You own your work. When challenges arise, you step up, solve problems, and keep moving forward. Reliable and accountable. Your team knows they can count on you to deliver. Bonus Points If You Have SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification Experience in a professional services or legal environment Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems The Perks 401(k) + Match •
