In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital strategies, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Your energetic approach will help shape a positive workplace culture, support talent development, and streamline HR operations across the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence workforce management and contribute to organizational success through strategic planning and effective HR practices. Duties Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors Facilitate employee orientation sessions and ongoing training & development programs to enhance workforce skills and engagement Oversee employee evaluation processes, performance management initiatives, and succession planning efforts to support career growth Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, and workers' compensation claims while ensuring regulatory compliance management Lead change management initiatives and organization design projects to optimize workforce effectiveness Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to resolve disputes amicably Support HR sourcing activities and assist in affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion within the organization Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or HR department experience with a strong understanding of employment & labor law and HR legal compliance Demonstrated expertise in talent management, workforce management, and strategic planning within a fast-paced environment Proficiency in HRIS systems such as UltiPro, Oracle HCM, Lever, or Taleo; strong skills in Excel data analysis are highly desirable Knowledge of benefits administration, payroll processing, FMLA regulations, OSHA standards, and personnel administration practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using project management techniques while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with HR sourcing tools like ATS platforms (Kenexa BrassRing) or Workday is preferred Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement in HR processes Join us as a Human Resources Generalist and become an integral part of fostering a vibrant workplace where talent thrives!
