Job Description
HR Generalist Commercial Real Estate Industry | West Los Angeles, CA Direct Hire | 70k-80k About the Opportunity A well-established organization in the commercial real estate industry is seeking an HR Generalist to support a collaborative Human Resources team. This position offers broad exposure across HR operations, employee support, benefits administration, compliance, leave management, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes. This role is ideal for someone who has worked across multiple HR disciplines and enjoys supporting both employees and HR leadership in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems Support leave administration, employee relations inquiries, and compliance tracking Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, personnel changes, and employee record maintenance Maintain accurate data within HR systems and assist with audits and reporting Partner with payroll and other internal departments to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency Track compliance requirements including I-9s, acknowledgments, certifications, and required training Assist with HR process documentation, workflow improvements, and operational initiatives Support employee lifecycle activities including promotions, transfers, leaves, and terminations Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices Qualifications 3+ years of Human Resources Generalist experience Experience supporting multiple HR functions, including benefits, compliance, employee support, and leave administration Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Experience with HRIS systems; UKG experience is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Schedule & Compensation Monday through Thursday onsite Friday remote Typical hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Salary up to $80,000 depending on experience Ideal Candidate Warm, adaptable, and team-oriented Comfortable working behind the scenes to support HR initiatives Possesses broad HR exposure rather than experience limited to a single HR function Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys being a trusted resource for employees and leadership By submitting to this position, you are agreeing to be included in our talent pool for future hiring for similarly qualified positions.
