Join Our Team in Vibrant Los Angeles, CA! We are seeking a dynamic professional to oversee the end-to-end activation process for our $12 Meal Box program at DoorDash. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a hands-on, technical environment and have a passion for the restaurant and food & beverage industry. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our merchant partners are fully operational with live menus on DoorDash. Key Responsibilities
Review and validate merchant menu items against SKU/menu approval criteria.
Coordinate and troubleshoot photoshoots, addressing any quality issues or vendor escalations.
Upload menu items and photos into DIME and various POS systems.
Lead merchant onboarding calls to confirm activation steps and expectations.
Manage follow-up with unresponsive merchants through structured outreach.
Maintain accuracy in sales trackers and escalate POS-specific technical issues as needed.
Conduct quality assurance once merchants are live and notify stakeholders of activation status.
Requirements
Experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry.
Hands-on experience with restaurant/retail POS systems such as Toast, Square, or Clover.
Experience in merchant/customer-facing onboarding, activation, or implementation support.
Strong phone and email outreach skills.
Detail-oriented with data entry and tracker management skills.
Comfortable with Slack-based, ticket/escalation-driven workflows.
Preferences
Prior exposure to DoorDash Merchant Portal, DIME, or Snappr.
