Exempt LG Household & Health Care (H&H) US is growing fast and we're looking for a Talent Manager to help fuel that momentum. This is more than a recruiting role; it's a chance to build the talent function as we scale, standing up processes and pipelines from the ground up rather than inheriting a playbook. You'll lead full-cycle recruiting across our organization, driving hiring across three entities and teams primarily based in Los Angeles and New York. You'll be a critical partner to hiring managers and HR business partners, building talent pipelines that power our next chapter of growth, delivering a candidate experience people rave about, and championing hiring practices that bring LG H&H US's values to life. Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle; intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing for roles across

Design and build recruiting processes, workflows, and pipelines from scratch where none exist today, creating scalable systems rather than relying on legacy playbooks Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and business priorities, translating them into effective sourcing and interview strategies Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines through creative sourcing, employee referrals, agency partnerships, and market research Serve as a talent ambassador for LG H&H US, ensuring a consistent, positive candidate experience from first touch through onboarding Guide hiring managers and interview panels on structured interviewing, unconscious bias mitigation, and best practices for evaluation Manage requisitions and candidate data within the ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance across entities Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate) across each entity Coordinate offer approvals, compensation benchmarking, and negotiations in partnership with HR team Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws and internal policies across all three entities Support employer branding initiatives, including job postings, career site content, LinkedIn pages, and participation in recruiting events/job fairs Take ownership of process and tooling gaps; identify what's missing, propose solutions, and implement them independently to help us hire faster and smarter as the business scales Perform additional duties and projects as needed
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting multiple business units, entities, or brands simultaneously across multiple sites and states Experience recruiting across a range of functions (e.g., corporate, marketing, sales, R D, supply chain) is a plus Strong sourcing skills across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, etc.) Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable advising and influencing hiring managers at various levels Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English. You will need to confidently assess candidates' language skills for roles across the organization that require bilingual fluency
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ATS platforms within HRIS (e.g., UKG Pro, Rippling, BambooHR) and strong data/reporting fluency Knowledge of employment law and compliance considerations relevant to US-based hiring Highly organized with the ability to manage a high-volume, multi-entity requisition load simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; consumer products or beauty/personal care industry experience a plus Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
