Position Summary The Senior Operations Support & Enablement Analyst serves as a strategic operational partner supporting the Vice President, Operations & Workforce Enablement by driving field operations support, operational enablement, process standardization, project implementation, and continuous improvement across the field organization. Training and operational development are delivered as one function within this broader operations-support mandate. This role partners Operations, Human Resources, Sales, Technology, Safety, Finance, and field leadership to improve operational readiness, execution consistency, workforce capability, and organizational performance through standardized processes, operational support, and training. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Field Operations Enablement Partner with field leadership teams to support operational execution, workforce readiness, and field performance initiatives. Assist leaders with operational planning, labor deployment, execution support, and workforce readiness activities. Identify operational barriers and recommend solutions that improve execution consistency. Support implementation of enterprise operational initiatives throughout the field organization. Leadership Training & Operational Development Develop training materials, operational playbooks, SOPs, implementation guides, and field documentation. Coordinate training programs supporting new operational initiatives, systems, policies, and best practices. Support onboarding for field leaders and operational teams. Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements. Continuous Improvement Conduct operational process reviews and workflow assessments. Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives that simplify and standardize field operations. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve customer delivery. Assist with operational audits and process compliance activities. Project Management & Implementation Support enterprise operational projects, technology implementations, organizational initiatives, and strategic priorities. Coordinate project activities, implementation schedules, action plans, and milestone reporting. Monitor project risks, dependencies, and implementation readiness. Support cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful execution. Business Partnership Partner with Operations, HR, Technology, Finance, Sales, Safety, and field leadership teams. Support implementation of workforce management initiatives led by the VP. Develop communication plans, implementation tools, training documentation, and operational resources. Assist field leaders with operational execution and workforce readiness planning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Organizational Leadership, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field required. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in field operations, operational excellence, training, project management, process improvement, implementation, or business operations. Experience supporting multi-site, field service, facilities services, logistics, retail, distribution, or operationally complex organizations preferred. Experience coordinating standard process implementations, or organizational change initiatives. Experience developing training materials, SOPs, operational playbooks, and implementation guides. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional operational initiatives and supporting field leadership teams. Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and operational transformation efforts preferred.
