Bilingual Spanish HR generalist Ultimate Staffing Services - 3.8 Ontario, CA Job Details Up to $60,000 a year 15 hours ago Qualifications Spanish English Bachelor's degree Full Job Description We are seeking a professional and motivated Human Resources Generalist to support all aspects of the HR function. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, possess a Bachelor's degree, and have experience in employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, compliance, and HR administration. This role will partner with management and employees to foster a positive, compliant, and productive work environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation. Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues and HR inquiries. Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and workers' compensation claims. Maintain employee records and ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with payroll processing and coordinate with payroll providers as needed. Support performance management, employee development, and training initiatives. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation. Assist with policy implementation and handbook updates. Coordinate employee engagement activities and recognition programs. Support disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations in accordance with company policies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. 3+ years of Human Resources experience. Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written) required. Knowledge of California labor laws and HR best practices. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Preferred Qualifications Manufacturing, distribution, or industrial industry experience. PHR, SHRM-CP, or related HR certification. Experience with payroll and benefits administration.
