WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support HR operations across a multi-state workforce Recruit, onboard, and orient new employees Process weekly multi-state payroll Support employee relations and workplace concerns Administer benefits and the company's 401(k) plan Coordinate performance reviews and employee development Help maintain compliance with employment laws, leave requirements, and OSHA regulations Maintain confidential employee records and HR data Prepare reports and analyze information using Excel Coordinate domestic and international business travel Support additional HR projects and initiatives

WHAT YOU BRING
