Payroll/HR Generalist AppleOne - 3.8 Port Hueneme, CA Job Details $30 - $40 an hour 4 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Paid sick time Qualifications HR legal compliance Full Job Description The Payroll & Human Resources Generalist II is responsible for administering payroll operations and supporting key human resources functions for an employee population of approximately 400 employees. This position serves as the primary onsite payroll resource and a key HR partner for employees, supervisors, and managers regarding payroll, timekeeping, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and compliance matters. Approximately 60% of the role is dedicated to payroll administration, including payroll processing, auditing, compliance, reporting, and employee support. The remaining 40% focuses on Human Resources Generalist responsibilities, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, records administration, and HR compliance.
