Job Summary:
Huisong is looking for an organized and hands-on HR Generalist to support the day-to-day HR operations of our Santa Ana office. The role focuses primarily on HR documentation, payroll, compliance support, employee administration, and recruiting support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, forms, and HRIS information. Process routine payroll and maintain accurate attendance, PTO, overtime, and payroll records. Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and other routine employee matters. Respond to routine federal and California employment compliance needs and maintain required documentation and training records. Support updates to HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials. Support recruiting as needed, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding. Coordinate HR matters with local management, Finance, global teams, and external service providers as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of hands-on HR Generalist, HR Operations, or similar experience preferred. Familiarity with U.S. HR operations and California employment requirements. Experience with payroll, HR documentation, and HRIS systems preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
Position Requirements:
Part-time only: 16-20 hours per week. On-site in Santa Ana. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
