Full Time | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM This position is on-site with occasional travel within Southern California. Overview of Position Under direct supervision, the Human Resources (HR) Generalist will assist with critical HR functions including recruitment and selection, policy implementation, compliance programs, employee communication and staff relations, credentialing functions, and benefits administration. Duties and Responsibilities Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies, procedures, and applicable laws Training employees Assisting in addressing complaints and resolving problems Analyzes data and makes recommendations to improve service levels across the HR footprint Generates monthly reports and develops Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) for critical HR elements and assigns countermeasures to achieve performance targets Streamline verify monthly as required by compliance. Identifies legal requirements, current labor laws, and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance Advises management on appropriate resolution of employee relations issues Provides guidance to supervisors and employees on problems originating from individual work situations or work environment Counsels management and employees on grievances and complaints. Takes appropriate steps to see that they are resolved or channeled to higher management, if necessary Leads efforts to ensure compliance with employee files and monitoring of staff licenses and certification expiration dates Coordinates credentialing of providers with health plans and monitors compliance Conducts recruitment activities and coordinates onboarding processes Supports team members to achieve team goals (safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale). B.S./B.A.
Degree in Human Resources or related discipline required, or a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of management experience in Human Resources required. Benefits Benefits will be presented as part of the interview process.
