Position Summary The Recruiting Specialist supports the Talent Acquisition team by screening and qualifying candidates, making hiring recommendations, and assisting with recruitment efforts to attract top talent. This role partners with recruiters to implement creative sourcing strategies and expand candidate pipelines. A key focus of this position is supporting BayCare's RN Residency Program . The individual in this role must reside in the Tampa Bay area and be available to attend hiring events, career fairs, and other recruitment activities that support the program. We are seeking a highly organized professional who demonstrates excellent time management skills and is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within the role.
Additional responsibilities include:
Conducting candidate screenings and scheduling interviews Posting job openings and maintaining recruiting data Coordinating travel arrangements for out-of-state candidates Confirming interview logistics with candidates and hiring managers Supporting hiring events and recruitment initiatives Assisting with onboarding activities and administrative tasks Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required (or ability to obtain a Bachelor's Degree within one year) One (1) year of Human Resources experience or Three (3) years of experience interviewing candidates as a hiring authority
