HR Generalist Pay:
$26.00-$33.00/hour

Reporting directly to executive leadership, the HR Generalist will have significant visibility and influence across the organization while supporting a workforce of more than 300 employees. As an HR Generalist, you'll own a broad range of HR responsibilities, including employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, HR reporting, and workforce support. Unlike highly specialized HR positions, the HR Generalist will contribute across the full employee lifecycle while helping strengthen HR processes and procedures. This role is ideal for an HR Generalist who enjoys working independently, partnering with leadership, and making an immediate impact in a hands-on HR environment. Key Responsibilities of the HR Generalist Manage day-to-day HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees as the HR Generalist Administer employee benefits programs and coordinate annual open enrollment activities as the HR Generalist Handle employee relations matters, investigations, policy interpretation, and performance-related conversations as the HR Generalist Support workers' compensation, leave administration, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance activities as the HR Generalist Maintain HRIS records, generate reports, and partner with executive leadership on HR initiatives and workforce planning as the HR Generalist Qualifications for the HR Generalist 3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience Strong background in benefits administration, employee relations, workers' compensation, and leave administration ADP experience preferred, with strong Excel skills and the ability to manage HR reporting and compliance activities What You'll Gain as the HR Generalist Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic HR initiatives Broad ownership across multiple HR disciplines Opportunity to improve processes, reporting, and overall HR operations Stable manufacturing environment with an experienced workforce Collaborative culture focused on professionalism, loyalty, and long-term success Competitive compensation with flexibility based on experience Who Thrives as the HR Generalist The ideal HR Generalist is confident, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.
