Job Description

Title:

Civilian Personnel Analyst - HQ

STARCOM KBR

is seeking a Civilian Personnel Analyst to support Headquarters Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) at Patrick Space Force Base, Florida. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting civilian personnel programs, staffing actions, workforce management, and personnel administration within a Department of War (DoW) organization. This position supports STARCOM leadership by assisting with hiring actions, civilian workforce processes, career development programs, and performance management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Track and coordinate civilian hiring, recruitment, and personnel actions.

+ Assist with position establishment, position reviews, and updates to personnel documentation.

+ Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, security verifications, and workforce management actions.

+ Monitor civilian performance appraisal timelines and award submissions.

+ Support training and transition activities related to civilian personnel systems and processes.

+ Coordinate with Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) representatives on career field programs, staffing actions, and workforce development initiatives.

+ Assist with career field roadshows, recruitment events, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.

+ Prepare briefings, spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative products for leadership.

Qualifications:
Required:

+ An active TS//SCI clearance is required for this position, however, a Secret clearance may be considered, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). + 3-8 years of experience supporting civilian personnel, human resources, workforce management, or administrative programs.

+ Familiarity with AcqDemo and other civilian personnel systems, staffing processes, performance management, or workforce development programs.

+ Experience supporting headquarters-level organizations or senior leadership staffs.

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

+ Experience coordinating actions across multiple organizations and stakeholders.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

+ Ability to work in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).

Desired:

+ Knowledge of U.S. Space Force missions and operations.

+ Experience with task management and workflow tracking tools.
