Job Description
EnerSys Advanced Systems (EAS) is a specialized division of EnerSys—a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications. EAS focuses on cutting-edge energy solutions for the aerospace, defense, and medical industries. Certain positions at EnerSys Advanced Systems require access to information or technology that is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and other U.S. government security regulations. Candidates for these positions should be a "U.S. Person" under ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or a refugee/asylee) and/or otherwise comply with ITAR requirements for access rights to be considered for a position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruitment activities, including resume screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding of new hires
- Serve as a trusted resource for employees by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, conducting investigations, and providing guidance on company policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Assist with payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing
- Coordinate and support employee training, development initiatives, and performance evaluation processes
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records in accordance with company standards and legal requirements
- Partner with site leadership and corporate HR to support workforce initiatives and employee engagement effortsQualifications Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Language Skills
- Ability to read, write, and understand English Computer Skills
- Systems-friendly with a strong interest in working with HRIS and business systems
- Comfortable learning and navigating new software and technology tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with UKG and SAP software strongly preferred Travel Required
- Full-time, onsite position based in Pinellas Park, FL
- Occasional travel to other EnerSys locations (1-2x/year).
