Job Description
Main Duties & Responsibilities Primary Job Role Work Location:
This position is fully in-office and is not eligible for remote or hybrid work. Administer and optimize UKG Pro, iCIMS, LMS, and other HR technology platforms to support HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and business operations. Develop and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable workforce insights for leadership. Manage system security, workflows, role-based access, integrations, and employee/manager self-service functionality. Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and enhance system performance. Lead HRIS projects, including system implementations, upgrades, testing, and process automation initiatives. Facilitate requirements gathering, process reviews, and solution design to support organizational goals and continuous improvement. Develop and deliver end-user training, documentation, and change management initiatives to drive adoption and effectiveness. Monitor industry trends and recommend technology enhancements that improve efficiency, compliance, and the employee experience. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.Essential Job Competencies Safety :

Today, Ring Power Corporate headquarters in St. Augustine oversees the operations of 18 branch locations throughout the state of Florida, including large regional facilities in Tampa and Orlando and crane and forklift sales and service facilities in Pompano.
