Job Description

Header Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Spanish HR Generalist to join our vibrant human resources team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key liaison between the organization and its diverse workforce, ensuring seamless HR operations and fostering an inclusive, compliant, and engaging work environment. Your energetic approach will drive initiatives in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance management, all while supporting strategic HR projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. Header Duties Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Lever, iCIMS, or Workday, conducting interviews in both English and Spanish, and coordinating onboarding activities to ensure a smooth employee orientation experience. Administer employee benefits programs and oversee payroll processing using HRIS platforms such as Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors to ensure accurate data entry and compliance with payroll regulations. Provide expert guidance on employment law in talent management, FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), workers' compensation, and other regulatory compliance areas to uphold legal standards across all HR functions. Facilitate performance management initiatives including employee evaluations, training & development programs, succession planning, and organizational design to support workforce growth and retention. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism by managing conflict resolution, conducting investigations when necessary, and promoting positive communication across teams. Support HR legal compliance management by maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information and ensuring adherence to employment & labor laws. Lead projects related to affirmative action planning, workforce management strategies, and change management initiatives that align with organizational goals. Header Skills Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with excellent communication skills to effectively engage diverse audiences. Strong knowledge of human capital management practices including talent acquisition, benefits administration, and performance management. Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday, UltiPro, Kronos, or Oracle HCM; skilled in data collection and Excel data analysis for reporting purposes. Experience in employment law compliance—including FMLA regulations—and handling confidential information with integrity. Demonstrated ability in project management, organizational design, training & development programs, and strategic planning within HR departments. Adept at conflict management, employee relations strategies, and fostering a positive workplace culture through effective communication skills. Familiarity with ATS platforms like iCIMS or Kenexa BrassRing; experience with payroll processing tools such as UltiPro or Kronos is preferred.
