Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Associate to join our team and champion our people-centric initiatives. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance. Your energetic approach will help foster a positive workplace environment, streamline HR processes, and contribute to strategic workforce planning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your HR expertise while making a meaningful impact on our organization's growth and culture. Duties Assist with talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting onboarding activities. Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure new hires are welcomed and integrated smoothly into the company culture. Support employee evaluation processes by gathering performance data, preparing documentation, and assisting managers with performance reviews. Administer benefits programs, including benefits enrollment, benefits administration, and compliance with regulations like FMLA and Workers' Compensation. Maintain accurate HR records through data entry while ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism by applying conflict management techniques and fostering open communication channels. Requirements Experience in human resources management or HR department experience with familiarity in employment & labor law and HR legal compliance standards is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation) Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly and effectively. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective project management skills and organizational design understanding. Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements such as OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, and employment law in talent management. A proactive attitude with a passion for employee engagement, training & development initiatives, and continuous process improvement. English/Spanish is preferred but not required.
