Job Description
Sara Walker with Robert Half is searching for a motivated Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, with work centered in Georgia. This role is ideal for an early-career HR team member who enjoys balancing employee support, administrative accuracy, and partnership with site leadership. The position offers broad exposure to key human resources functions while providing opportunities to grow within a stable, team-oriented organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline HR support for employees and managers across multiple locations, helping address questions, resolve workplace concerns, and maintain positive employee relations.
- Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities, including candidate communication, pre-employment steps, new employee paperwork, and orientation support to create a smooth start for incoming employees.
- Assist leaders with performance-related matters by documenting issues, supporting corrective action processes, and helping maintain consistent people practices.
- Participate in workplace reviews and employee investigations, gather relevant information, and partner with HR leadership to support fair and compliant outcomes.
- Support payroll and benefits administration by helping ensure employee data is accurate, responding to inquiries, and coordinating follow-up on routine issues.
- Maintain HR records and documentation in alignment with company policies and employment regulations, ensuring confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Work closely with managers and HR leadership to encourage employee engagement initiatives and reinforce a safe, productive workplace culture.
- Contribute to HR process improvements and provide administrative support for regional human resources activities as business needs evolve.
