Full-Time | OnsiteOur client is seeking a knowledgeable and adaptable HR Generalist to join their team on a contract basis. This role will support a variety of human resources functions, including employee relations, onboarding, compliance, recruitment support, benefits administration, and HR operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be DoingManage employee onboarding and offboarding processesMaintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and compliantRespond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR proceduresAssist with recruiting activities, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationsSupport benefits enrollment and leave administrationHelp ensure compliance with federal, state, and company employment policiesPrepare HR reports and assist with audits as neededPartner with managers and employees to support day-to-day HR initiatives
