Kendall Auto Group is looking for a Human Resources Staffing Specialist to join our team in Meridian, Idaho. If you love staying organized, working with people, and being the person who helps new employees get off to a great start, this could be the perfect fit. As part of our Human Resources team, you'll help support more than 2,700 employees across the 5 states where Kendall operates. From welcoming new hires to keeping HR processes running smoothly, you'll play an important role in creating a great employee experience. This is an on-site position in Meridian, Idaho. What You'll Be Doing:
Completing background checks and supporting the hiring process Working with Hiring Managers to pre-screen candidates and ensure we are contacting candidates quickly Maintaining contact with HR Manager and Hiring Manager throughout background check process Ensuring all candidates are moved through the entire process in a timely manner; Our goal is to contact every candidate Helping bring new team members onboard through hiring, onboarding, and orientation Entering and maintaining accurate employee information Answering HR phone calls and providing helpful information Supporting a variety of additional HR projects and administrative tasks

Enjoy staying organized and juggling multiple priorities Love helping people and creating a welcoming first impression Have at least 2 years of office experience (background check experience is a plus!)
