As an Human Resoures Specialist you will: Serve as the first point of contact for colleague inquiries related to HRIS transactions and HR policies via phone and email. Assess colleague questions to determine nature of problem and to resolve the issue(s) or escalate to higher levels of technical/functional support. Provide timely and accurate information to colleagues and managers on HR-related issues. Initiate the onboarding platform within UKG for new hires. Assist with colleague exit processes and final paperwork. Complete password resets and role assignments in UKG. Log and track calls to look for areas to improve HR process training and reference guide materials and will be responsible for updating such documentation. This is a full time opportunity The ideal candidate will have: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems (UKG & Workday). Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Experience with background checks and drug testing processes required. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize.

Pay Rate:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
