Job Description
We're partnering with a well-established Quad Cities organization to identify an interim & experienced HR Generalist who can step into a broad, hands-on role supporting employees, leaders, and day-to-day HR operations.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values employee engagement, and can confidently manage multiple HR functions while serving as a trusted resource across the organization.
What You'll Be DoingSupport recruiting and hiring efforts, including interview coordination and partnering with hiring managersServe as a resource for employee questions related to policies, benefits, and HR programsAssist with leave administration, including FMLA and related employee communicationsMaintain accurate employee records and personnel filesSupport benefits administration activities, including enrollments and changesHelp manage workplace injury reporting and related documentationContribute to employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and company eventsProvide general HR support to employees and leadership as neededWork EnvironmentMonday-Friday scheduleOn-site role in the Quad Cities areaCollaborative and employee-focused cultureStable organization with strong leadership and a commitment to employee engagement, recognition, and professional supportIf you're an experienced HR professional who enjoys being a trusted HR partner and making an impact across an organization, we'd love to connect and share additional details.
