Job Description
Job Summary The Applications Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro and Workday Time & Absence modules. This role emphasizes expertise in UKG Time Clock management, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of timekeeping and absence management systems. Experience in UKG Data Hub is a plus Job Description Key Responsibilities System Configuration & Maintenance Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling. Manage Time Clock devices, including firmware updates, biometric registration, and cutover planning. Support UKG application management day to day activities Support Workday Time & Absence configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational policies. Implementation & Integration Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement new features and system upgrades. Ensure smooth integration between UKG and Workday for time and absence data. Participate in testing cycles (Unit, UAT, End-to-End) and document results. Policy & Compliance Translate business requirements into system configurations for attendance and accrual policies. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations. Support & Troubleshooting Provide Tier 2/3 support. Resolve time clock connectivity and data synchronization problems.
