$19.00 -$21.00 an hour Job Description Position Overview Follett Higher Education is a leading educational service provider and omnichannel retailer that provides students, faculty and staff, parents, and fans with the course materials, learning tools, and retail services needed to successfully support the collegiate journey. Follett Higher Education supports over 6 million students through its 1,100 physical and 1,750 eCommerce campus stores across North America. The Product Onboarding Specialist supports General Merchandise Sourcing and Planning teams, onboarding products and placing purchase orders. Responsibilities Partners with the GM Sourcing team to onboard products via the Product Information Management System (PIM) and ensure SKUs are created for PO entry. Prepare and edit purchase orders in the Merchandise Management System (MMS). Resolve issues related to fulfilling orders and follow up on order status. Monitors and edits the Early Deadline Calendar as needed, ensuring deadlines are met and all orders have been submitted. Provide the PO list to the Sourcing team for vendor verification. Maintain vendor and product information in PIM. Assist GM Buyers in creating load sheets when needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent. 1-3 years of retail experience, within a specialty retail environment, in addition to possessing basic merchandising experience. Proven track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment. Solid interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organizational skills are required. Strong computer (MS Office Products). The actual pay rate will depend on the person's qualifications and experience. $12.00 - $28.38 / hour Pay Transparency The annual salary/hourly rate range has been established based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. The exact starting salary/hourly rate within the range will depend on the role and the local market. This position may be eligible to participate in one of the Company's incentive plans. The amount of any incentive payment varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
