Job Description
The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program will focus on learning and development as well as hands on experience. The program will immerse the intern into a broad range of responsibilities, allowing them to identify their professional interests. Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th - Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN. The Talent Management Intern will directly assist the Learning and Development Department with a wide range of projects related to curriculum development, tracking, data capturing and reporting, needs assessments, and program assistance. In this position, the intern will gain a better understanding of the role and gain hands on experience for them to be better prepared to work in the area of Talent, L&D, or HR. Job Duties and Responsibilities Assists with the design and development of learning materials and training curricula for leadership development programs, competency learning , and other ongoing projects. Assist with the design and coordination of virtual and in-person training workshops and team sessions. Conduct research and analysis on talent management trends, best practices, benchmarks, and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation. Assess employee development needs and define appropriate resources and processes to support learning , including capturing data and trends . Provide admin support to the L&D team as needed. Support report development in talent and learning trends to provide reporting that drives future learning and talent offerings.
