We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner who wants meaningful ownership and the opportunity to help shape that evolution. This role will work directly with leaders across the organization, support talent and performance initiatives, improve HR processes and technology, and help turn ideas into practical solutions that support the business. Partner. Improve. What You'll Do Partner with leaders on workforce needs, performance, employee development, talent planning, and day-to-day HR support. Support recruiting and help build strong talent pipelines across the organization. Help strengthen performance management, goal setting, coaching, and employee development. Support learning and leadership-development initiatives. Improve HR processes, systems, and workflows to make them more effective and easier to use. Lead or support HR projects from planning through implementation. Use data and reporting to help identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities. Support employee relations and help leaders navigate workplace issues with consistency and good judgment. What We're Looking For 3-5 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Experience partnering directly with managers and leaders. Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Experience in areas such as recruiting, performance management, talent development, employee relations, or HR systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong follow-through. A continuous-improvement mindset and interest in improving how HR works. Strong judgment and ability to handle confidential information appropriately. Preferred Experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or related field. Manufacturing or operational HR experience. Experience supporting multiple locations. Experience implementing HR programs, systems, or process improvements. Experience using AI tools to support HR work, communication, training, research, analysis, or process efficiency. SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification.
