Key Responsibilities for the
Human Resources Business Partner:
- Lead employee relations matters, workplace investigations, and policy administration.
- Partner with managers on performance management, corrective action, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and workforce pipeline development efforts.
- Oversee HR compliance, leave administration, Workers' Compensation, and employment law-related activities.
- Administer HRIS systems, employee records, and HR-related reporting processes.
- Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and safety teams to support overall workforce operations.
Qualifications for the
Human Resources Business Partner:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Business Partner responsibilities.
- Strong background in employee relations, investigations, employment law, and compliance.
- Experience supporting managers with performance management, disciplinary actions, and workplace issues.
- HRIS experience required; BambooHR experience is a plus.
