Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Regional HR team in the role of Onboarding Consultant. We are seeking a highly organized, process-driven, and mission-connected onboarding professional to serve as the primary point of contact for new team members through every step of the pre-hire and onboarding journey at IU Health Hospital

•Fort Wayne. This is a newly created role making focus, ownership, and process essential for success.

Fort Wayne, IN The Scope:

This role manages the full pre-hire and onboarding process for new team members at IU Health Hospital

•Fort Wayne, including: Serving as the primary point of contact for job candidates through all pre-hire requirements: health assessments, background checks, references, uniforms, I-9s, and more Managing a high volume of onboarding activity with consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail Communicating with candidates and hiring managers regarding start date changes and submitting required paperwork Connecting candidates with hiring managers to facilitate a positive new team member experience Responding to requests for assistance on new team member orientation day Coordinating, overseeing, and performing a wide variety of activities in support of system Talent Acquisition teams Identifying opportunities to streamline and improve onboarding processes Candidate Qualifications Candidates for this position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required. Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant project coordinator experience. Requires the ability to effectively multi-task. Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with a matrix organization and complex work environment is preferred. The "DNA" for
