This position involves providing essential employment support for Hourly Bargaining Unit employees, enhancing their overall experience. You'll be responsible for administering employment office functions, managing employee inquiries, and supporting workforce analysis and deployment. Additionally, you will implement onboarding sessions, support lean manufacturing methodologies, and drive positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives. Requirements

Bachelor's degree

Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or a related field

Proficient with Microsoft Suite

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills

Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends

Preferences

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Experience in employment/labor relations/manufacturing

Experience with lean manufacturing tools

Ability to interact with all levels of management and Union officials
