Human Resources Generalist Location:

Kokomo, IN Pay:

Up to $25.28 per hour

Schedule:

Must be flexible to work variable shifts, including weekends Are you an HR professional who enjoys working with people in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations, employee services, onboarding, workforce planning, and employee relations activities. Key Responsibilities Support daily HR functions including employee leave tracking, records management, reinstatements, and employee inquiries

Assist with workforce planning, staffing deployment, and administrative HR processes

Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs

Promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture

Support labor relations activities and assist with collective bargaining agreement administration

Analyze HR data and reports to support business decisions

Help drive continuous improvement and employee development initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

At least 1 year of Human Resources experience

Strong Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
