We are seeking a personable, professional, and caring individual to join our growing Human Resources team as an HR Generalist ! As the HR Generalist , you will provide administrative and on-site support to our Johnson County office. You will build relationships with staff and assist with HR-related questions, as well as manage several assigned HR processes. You will also teach the HR portions of new hire training and provide HR management training. Are you detail-oriented, outgoing, and a self-starter? Weekly pay Health/dental/vision/life insurance options Flexible spending account (FSA) Paid time-off Matching 401k Some duties include: Benefits administration, including managing enrollments, changes, and terminations Administrating HR processes, including background checks, performance agreements, and employee file maintenance Serve as HR representative for the site, building relationships with staff and and answering questions Collecting I-9 documentation from new staff Training the HR section for new hires and providing new manager HR training Some qualifications: Associate's degree minimally required At least 1 year of administrative experience required, prior HR experience preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality Professional and courteous demeanor Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to learn quickly and teach in front of groups of people Must be able to work on site Must successfully pass criminal background check Must have valid Driver's License #glnek
