A day in the life:
Proactively source resumes from applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other tools daily. Identify qualified candidates for potential placement to built talent pipelines. Use creative and out-of-the-box sourcing techniques to find top talent. Collaborate with recruiters and/or hiring managers to understand position requirements Enter pre-qualified candidates, job postings, and notes into the company's candidate database. Write, post, and manage engaging job postings across multiple platforms. Support recruiting technology initiatives and process improvements. Assist with onboarding processes and ensure compliance with background checks, I-9, E-Verify, and client-specific requirements. Network with online groups, social communities, and professional networks. What you'll need: High school diploma or GED required; prior sourcing or recruiting experience a plus. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly. Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills. Communication style that's polished and authentic Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude. Familiarity with Boolean search techniques is advantageous.
