Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Human Resources Generalist to support a broad range of people operations in Northboroguh, Massachusetts. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers by providing guidance on HR programs, workplace policies, employee relations, and compliance matters. The position also plays an important part in talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll coordination, reporting, and cross-functional HR initiatives that strengthen the employee experience and business performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day HR operations for the corporate office, including employee records, documentation, and routine administrative processes.
- Advise employees and leaders on company policies, HR programs, workplace practices, benefits, payroll, and related questions with clear and timely communication.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts by partnering with hiring managers, evaluating role requirements, coordinating candidate activity, and helping secure talent with relevant experience.
- Facilitate new employee orientation and oversee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and compliant start for incoming employees.
- Administer biweekly payroll by reviewing time and attendance information, confirming data accuracy, and maintaining dependable employee records within HR systems.
- Handle employee lifecycle transactions such as staff additions, status changes, separations, and exit interviews, escalating sensitive issues to HR leadership when appropriate.
- Prepare and maintain HR dashboards, metrics, reports, forms, and portal content to support decision-making and process consistency.
- Coordinate corporate training and employee programs, including wellness initiatives, complaint prevention education, open enrollment support, and collaboration with internal employee committees.
