The HR Generalist I
  • Employee Experience, Engagement & Operations supports employees and leaders through a variety of human resources functions with a focus on employee engagement, retention, employee relations, workforce analytics, organizational culture, and continuous process improvement.
This position serves as a champion for employee experience while also supporting core HR operational activities and compliance initiatives. Requirements Education, Training or Certifications Required:
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred.
Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years experience in a Human Resources or other business office environment.
Special Requirements:
Excellent people skills. Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word and Access a must.
Cognitive Requirements:
Ability to multi-task and organize.
Physical Demands:
Light lifting, bending.
