In this role, you will partner with business leaders and supervisors to advance HR strategies and organizational goals. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will serve as a trusted advisor, coaching and partnering with supervisors and employees to navigate HR policies and programs. You will play a key role in fostering alignment with our Principle Based Management (PBM) framework, ensuring that people strategies support our core values and business objectives. What You Will DoProvide HR support to employees and their respective supervisors/managers in performance management, time and attendance, and talent developmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with site leadership and employeesAct as a steward of our principle-based culture by reinforcing values such as integrity, respect, compliance, and long-term value creationSupport the recruitment process in partnership with hiring managers, leveraged recruiting capability to build high performing teamsEnsure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires leveraging existing tools and processesCollaborate with managers to assess workforce needs and develop plans to meet organizational goalsImplement strategies to attract, retain, and develop talentSupport HR metrics analysis by running reports and analyzing data while building supervisors capability to leverage people insight tools available to themDevelop and maintain a pipeline for succession planning to ensure future leadership and skill continuityAssist with special projects and initiatives to support overall HR strategy and business objectivesSupport Guardian's Early Career program by being a liaison between Guardian & Koch Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Experience developing and collaborating with supervisors and managers to enhance team effectivenessExperience analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to inform business decisions What Will Put You AheadIntellectual curiosity of Human Resources and how businesses operateExperience working in a manufacturing companyKnowledge of employment laws and best practices At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
