$22/hr starting wage. $150
Apparel Allowance Key Responsibilities:
Screening resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates to fil job vacancies Coordinate candidate interviews and testing Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms Manage pre-employment process-onboarding-scheduling background check & drug testing Coordinating new hire orientations Daily management of ATS, and various other HR Tools I-9 verification Track progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects Maintain a satisfied level of customer service. Properly handle requests through responsiveness, follow-up, and escalation. Assist in benefit administration using our HRIS software.
Education Required:
Working towards completing your Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources.
Experience, Knowledge and Abilities Required:
Working knowledge of labor laws Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications Understanding of common rule HR practices Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent administrative, organizational and planning skills Exceptional written and communication skills Detail oriented Personable, able to comfortably deal with a variety of people Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills Work proactively with other team members
Technology:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of computers, including e-mail and word processing abilities,
Excel, Microsoft Office & Outlook Work Environment:
The setting for this position is in our main office building.
Travel:
