Essential FunctionsCreating and maintaining of facility spreadsheetsPrepares and maintains employee filesFiles papers and documents into appropriate employee files; performs paper and system audits as necessaryEnters data into HRIS system ensuring the accuracy of informationProcesses new-hire, status change and termination paperworkProcesses and administers leave of absence requests and disability paperworkParticipates in recruitment and interview processesPerforms other duties as assignedCompetencies1 to 2 years of direct experience in HR fieldAbility to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of organizational staff, including executivesCompetencies include excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal and written/oral communication skillsRequires high level computer expertise, including use of database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applicationsFlexible, innovative in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment Supervisory ResponsibilityThis role does not have any supervisory responsibility upon hiring.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires 98% standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing ladders. The employee may have to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time 1st shift position. Schedule is Monday through Friday. TravelLocal travel is expected for this position.
