Golden Valley, MN Schedule:

Monday-Friday typical daytime business hours. Temporary for roughly 6 months.

Wage:

$23.00 hourly including Full-Time benefits and

Paid Time Off Essential Job Duties:

Support bulk data entry projects related to onboarding, benefits enrollment, and compliance tracking Enter, update, and verify employee data across HR systems with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Process new hire and employee change documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Maintain and organize electronic employee records within M-Files and other systems Perform data audits and validation checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of HR records Provide administrative support for HR projects and initiatives as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

College degree (associates, bachelors) is preferred Exceptional communication (verbal and written skills) Intermediate Microsoft skills, including Excel Outstanding customer service standards and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualifications:

Successful clearance of Department of Human Services background check Successful clearance of Motor Vehicle Background Check and acceptable driving record per
