•About the Role Our client, a leading organization in the powersports, automotive, and outdoor recreation industry, is seeking a Senior Relocation Specialist to support domestic relocation programs and an employee relocation initiative. This role serves as a key connection between employees, HR stakeholders, business leaders, and external relocation partners to help deliver a seamless relocation experience. Working closely with the Talent Operations team, the Senior Relocation Specialist will coordinate relocation activities, support employee communications, monitor vendor performance, and provide reporting and program insights. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a background in mobility, relocation, talent operations, or employee programs.

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day administration of domestic employee relocation programs, including coordination of employee support, program activities, vendor interactions, and process documentation. Serve as the primary liaison with the relocation management company (RMC), monitoring service delivery, timelines, escalations, and employee support needs while appropriately escalating exceptions. Assist with the planning and execution of a large-scale group relocation initiative, partnering with HR, business leaders, external vendors, and relocating employees. Coordinate employee communications, resources, timelines, and transition support throughout the relocation process. Develop, maintain, and update relocation resources, FAQs, guidance materials, and communications to ensure a positive employee experience. Track, compile, and analyze relocation activity, costs, employee feedback, and program trends. Prepare reports and summaries for HR leadership to provide visibility into program performance, employee needs, and process improvement opportunities. Help identify opportunities to enhance relocation processes, improve employee support, and increase operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Operations, Global Mobility, Employee Relocation, or a related field. Experience supporting mobility, relocation, talent acquisition, employee experience, or comparable HR programs. Experience running or assisting with relocation programs. Experience working with relocation vendors and/or relocation management companies (RMCs). Strong communicator with a personable demeanor; serves as the primary point of contact and resource for employees considering relocation. Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of relocation program processes and drive continuous improvements. Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience coordinating with external vendors and cross-functional stakeholders. Preferred Experience supporting domestic and/or global mobility programs. Previous partnership with a relocation management company (RMC). Experience supporting large-scale employee relocation or workforce transition initiatives. Knowledge of relocation policies, employee mobility practices, and HR operational processes. Advanced proficiency with reporting, data analysis, and presentation of program metrics. Experience creating employee-facing resources, communications, and process documentation.
