CoxHealth Job Description:
Act as primary resource for Human Resources in supporting CoxHealth HRIS systems and the primary liaison between the IS and HR departments as well as other department and vendors. Works with the business area and/or project teams to assess needs for the various business functions, translate business functional requirements into technical specifications and recommends appropriate scope of requirements. This role functions as the lead HRIS Analyst, requiring an in depth knowledge of all HRIS systems, interdependencies and interfaces. This role will lead core HRIS system upgrades and be an important resource for HRIS on complex technical issues.
