Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Coordinate new hire orientation and create a welcoming, engaging onboarding experience. Maintain accurate employee files, HR records, and required documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Enroll new hires in employee benefits and partner with Payroll to ensure accurate deductions and benefit administration. Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture. Assist with employee relations, policy administration, and day-to-day HR operations. Serve as a trusted resource for employees by providing guidance, answering questions, and maintaining confidentiality. Collaborate with leaders and team members across departments to support organizational goals. Adapt to changing priorities and contribute to new initiatives as our community continues to grow. Participate in cross-training opportunities and provide support in other HR functions as needed. Qualifications Human Resources experience required; healthcare, senior living, or long-term care experience preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) preferred. Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable with a willingness to embrace change and continuous learning.
