Human Resources Specialist provide service to team members in the community that enable them to function at the highest possible level.
This service includes:
Assist employees with password resets and account/application set up Assist in employee retention efforts Back up payroll Assist in new hire orientation activities (drug screen, TB test, orientation date, etc.) Organizes customer service training (WE CARE) Assist in reviewing applications/resumes Maintains the HRIS database and generates requested reports to assist management. Maintains team member files in compliance with applicable legal requirements. Assists in planning team member appreciation and recognition events.
Required:
Able to speak and understand English. Spanish language knowledge a plus Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with residents, family members and staff. Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft platform. Excellent interpersonal skills. Genuine interest in working with older adults.
