AccuForce is seeking a high-energy, outgoing Recruiting Specialist to join our fast-paced team in Cherokee, NC. This position is open to candidates seeking part-time or full-time employment. Prior staffing experience is a plus, but if you have the drive, enthusiasm, and great communication skills, we will teach you the rest!
What You'll Do:
As a Recruiting Specialist, you will be the face of AccuForce to job seekers, managing the recruitment process from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
Sourcing & Connecting:
Reach out to potential candidates through job boards, social media channels, community engagement, and applicant tracking systems with enthusiasm and drive.
Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct initial phone screens, in-person interviews, and skill assessments to match candidates with the right roles.
Hiring & Onboarding:
Facilitate the hiring process, guide new hires through paperwork, and assist with onboarding.
Administrative Operations:
Maintain accurate candidate records, manage applicant documentation, and ensure smooth daily office workflows using Microsoft Office.
Client & Candidate Support:
Deliver exceptional service, ensuring a positive experience for candidate applicants and client partners alike.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or Communications is a plus!). Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or retail/hospitality is beneficial, but not required. Stable work history with proven reliability.
