Position Overview IPSUMM is seeking a proactive, organized, and people-centered HR Generalist to support our team and leadership. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and working closely with both management and employees in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll play a key role in supporting recruiting, compliance, onboarding, and employee engagement — helping ensure our internal operations are as strong as our external projects.
