Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support daily human resources operations and contribute to a positive employee experience. The HR Generalist will manage a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and HR policy implementation.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding coordination
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and confidential documentation in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing and coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters by addressing employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and HR regulations
  • Coordinate employee training, onboarding, and professional development initiatives
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company culture programs
  • Assist with leave administration, attendance tracking, and timekeeping processes
  • Manage workers' compensation claims, documentation, and follow-up activities
  • Prepare disciplinary notices, support corrective action procedures, and maintain related records Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and applicable OSHA standards.
  • Support sustainability and supplier responsibility initiatives, including Ecovadis assessments and reporting
  • Coordinate and support social compliance audits and related corrective action plans Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred 2+ years of HR experience preferred Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and ADP preferred Ability to handle confidential information professionally Preferred Qualifications HR certification such as SHRM-CP Experience with payroll or benefits administration Experience in fast-paced environments Skills Communication Conflict resolution Problem-solving Attention to detail Team collaboration Time management Work Environment Full-time position On-site work environment Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Referral program Tuition reimbursement On site gym
