Responsibilities:
This position supports various Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions, including data entry, system administration, and performance management. Accurately enter data into HRIS and other relevant systems; ensure data is up to date and correctly maintained Support the administration of the performance management process Address associate questions regarding systems, processes, and change requests Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and efficiency Support administration of the 401(k) plan Generate ad hoc and scheduled reporting as needed Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills Ability to work with and communicate effectively with internal and external customers Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Pay Range:
$50,000 - $55,000
